I’m a lifelong writer and broadcaster living in Antigonish, Nova Scotia.
If I’m awake, odds are very good that I’m either scribbling in a notebook or using a microphone to capture the unique sounds and voices of Maritimers in Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island or New Brunswick. I’ve lived and worked in all three provinces.
I’ve contributed to CBC Radio Ideas, Windspeaker News, Mi’kmaq Maliseet Nations News, Halifax Chronicle Herald, Charlottetown Guardian, Antigonish Casket, Miramichi Leader and Summerside Journal Pioneer. My work has also appeared in Canadian Yachting, Police Blueline and other specialty trade publications or websites.
When it comes to multimedia, I’ve produced video projects in Canada, Bermuda, Egypt and the Occupied West Bank in Palestine. Previous audio projects were completed for the Canadian Red Cross, Coady International Institute and Ulnooweg Development Corporation.
If you are looking to hire a writer or producer for an upcoming project, all my details are on the Contact page.
I look forward to helping you share stories that really matter to you – to educate, inform or persuade.
